From the iconic city walls to the thrilling races at the historic racecourse, Chester is a treasure trove of historical delights. Immerse yourself in the stories of the Romans, marvel at the grandeur of the cathedral and catch a show at the Storyhouse theatre – all within easy reach of our cottage. The famous Chester zoo is only a short drive from the house and there is a taxi rank very close by.
This beautifully renovated property consists of two spacious king size bedrooms fitted with smart TVs . The luxury bathroom has a large walk-in shower . The newly fitted kitchen has all the appliances you will need, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven , induction hob, coffee machine, fridge / freezer, ironing board , travel cot , high chair and much more.
We supply fluffy towels, hand soap, shower gel, toilet rolls, hair dryer, tea, coffee and of course a welcome bottle of fizz for the grownups. There is a supermarket just two minutes walk if you need anything further.
Parking:
You can unload your car right outside the property and then park your car just a five minute walk away at the Grosvenor car park for just 10 GBP per 24hrs.

- You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival will not be refundable.
-We do not accept Hen or Stag parties and the entire building is no smoking.
- Check-In time from 3pm and Check-Out is 10am unless other times were requested and/or shown on booking confirmation details.
- Early check-in must be agreed in advance as we may not be able to guarantee access to the building otherwise.
- This is not an assured tenancy, and the property will be vacated at the specified check-out date and time on the booking confirmation.
- The minimum guest age we will accommodate is 21. Only the lead named person upon booking is permitted to stay, along with up to a max of 3 paying adults/children & 1 infant in a travel cot.
- Guests are liable for any damages which must be reported straight away, and they must be replaced like for like or will be billed for. Any guest damage to fixed item or urgent repairs needed, the owner or relevant trades-person assigned by the owner is permitted access to repair at cost to the guest if not deemed accidental.
- Guests are not permitted to charge electric cars using house sockets as this is a fire risk. Please discuss electric car needs prior to arrival.
Wi-Fi Internet access is provided free and guests accept to use this free access fairly and appropriately:

- must have their own anti-virus protection
- must respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.
